Music Tourism Convention 2020
September 29 - October 1
The fifth annual convention comes, fittingly, to Cleveland. The city is home to the Grammy Museum Mississippi and is within a 35 mile radius of over 40 Mississippi Blues Trail sites including Dockery Farms, the home of Charley Patton, the ‘Father of the Blues’.
Starting from Cleveland, the event will be exploring the wider Mississippi Delta, such as Clarksdale – host of the Delta Blues Museum and famous for its ‘Crossroads’ at which Robert Johnson is said to have sold his soul to the devil – and Indianola, where the BB King Museum is located.
Expected are 300+ delegates and speakers from the music industry, tourism industry, government, academia, brands and destination marketing.
